OILKLEEN HYDRAULIC FLUID 32 (HF-32)

The OILKLEEN Non-Varnishing Hydraulic Fluid 32 is a full synthetic, non-aqueous high performance hydraulic fluid. OILKLEEN Hydraulic Fluid 32 (HF-32) can be used in Industrial, Marine, and Plastic Injection equipment applications for High Pressure hydraulic systems with tight tolerance servo valves and robotics. OILKLEEN Non-Varnishing Hydraulic Fluid (HF-32) are formulated with very high viscosity index (>180), PolyAlkylene Glycol (PAG), coupled with a non-metallic additive package which provide the properties demanded by today’s high performance hydraulic systems.

All the viscosity grades achieved a 12-stage rating in the FZG Gear Test demonstrating a high level of protection against wear and scuffing. OILKLEEN Non-Varnishing Hydraulic Fluids have excellent low temperature properties; good shear stability and are resistant to oxidation and thermal degradation. The ENVIROSAFE EHC Fire Resistant hydraulic fluids are fully Synthetic, non-aqueous hydraulic fluids that are Factory Mutual (FM) Approved industrial fluids. They can be used on Power Plant EHC system that require FM approved Fire Resist capabilities, and need the superior performance required for today’s tight tolerance servo-valve controls. The EnviroSafe EHC fluids are formulated from very high VI, full synthetic base stock and coupled with a non-metallic additive package which provides properties demanded by high performance hydraulic systems.
