After years of successful completion of oil flushing projects for the US Navy, US Coast Guard, and various Industrial Power Plants all over the world, OILKLEEN has expanded its service offering to include USCG Dockside Availability Ship Repair projects. OILKLEEN has developed a project management process and procedure that reduces downtime and increases vessel reliability and overall efficiency. The successful and proven project management process that OILKLEEN has developed and used for all past projects are now being used to provide the most advanced marine ship repair services and expand into services for USCG Dockside Availabilities.

USCG Dockside Marine Repair Projects
In addition to meeting and/or exceeding the USCG DOCKSIDE Ship Repair Specifications and Requirements used on all Dockside Repair Projects.
OILKLEEN includes the following services with all USCG Dockside Marine Repair Projects:
- Pre-Project Customer Review meetings with Ships Force and Ship Engineering team.
- Detailed and written Technical Process Control Procedure (PCP) for work items.
- Proven Project Management Process to coordinate with Ships Force & Subcontractors.
- Quality and technical equipment used in the industry.
- Nationwide Network of Qualified Ship Repair Subcontractors for “Critical Item” repairs.
- Daily progress Reports (electronic) for communication and schedule monitoring
- Government approved checkpoints for inspections, repairs, Condition found reports.
- Detailed written OILKLEEN Final Engineering Project Reports to document the project and findings, provide OQE, and final QA paperwork approvals.
- Post DOCKSIDE project Customer review meeting with Ships Force and USCG Engineering team for project completion.
- Project Close out documentation and final submittals to Government.
