The root cause of these issues is conventional petroleum-based lube oils, which break down and form Varnish and Sludge build up that will cause Servo Valve sticking, Oil Filter plugging, failed Pumps, Gears to wear, and Bearing failures.

How does the OILKLEEN Electrostatic Filter remove VARNISH?
The patented OILKLEEN Varnish Removal Systems use principals of physics that create 18 electrostatic fields where the oil has a traversing oil flow pattern through all 18 fields. Inside each 15,000-volt electrostatic energy field is a proprietary depth media that the charged particles will bond to and be removed from the oil. The traversing oil flow will create over 10x longer dwell time for the contaminated oil to remain in the electrostatic field, thus making the patented OILKLEEN technology the most efficient and the highest flow rates of any electrostatic oil cleaner in the world.

OILKLEEN Membrane Fluid Dehydrator
The OILKLEEN Membrane Fluid Dehydrator system attachment will quickly remove water from lube oil reservoirs. This system creates an ultra-dry air blanket on the headspace of the hydraulic fluid reservoir allowing this space to pull the water from the oil and force it through the reservoir breather and into the atmosphere. There is no filter to change and once installed it will begin removing water instantly.
